Windows 10: I can't create new folders when clicking on "New Folder" from the Ribbon

Hi,

I have a problem with the menu after clicking right button of the mouse.

The menu appears in a short form. It is not complete.

There are a lot of functions disappeared from it,such as open with, cut, copy, new, create shortcut .... etc.

Besides I can't create new folders when clicking on "New Folder" from the Ribbon inside partitions.

-This problem is from two week.

-I noticed it after installing this program (express scribe v 5.63), and running this component Aacdec.exe as administrator.

-I uninstalled it and the problem still exist.

-I made a full scan with "Windows Defender" after making a scan using "Malwarebytes", and the problem still exist.

Please Help me?

• A new folder should be created.

Ribbon "New Folder" doesn't work

In Explorer, my Home ribbon's "New Folder" button doesn't do anything. I can right click and select New->Folder and it works fine, just not from the ribbon. I'm running Windows 10 Pro. Any ideas?

It's working for me. But my new folder option is not working anywhere not in desktop as well as not in file explorer. Whenever I am placing my cursor on new folder option, its first spinning for few seconds then goes to close the file
explorer and refresh the desktop once.
