    Anti-Hacking Pop-up window


    Hello

    I was browsing through my computer

    then a window pops up and said that I had been hacked and I should call a certain number !

    I am stupid enough that I called the number and followed all the steps... till I decided to search everything .. and here I am !

    what should I do next ?

    they have a remote control of my computer and hopefully not everything !

    Is it really microsoft anti-hacking department?

    please answer .. I need to act quickly

    Does anyone know (getting the run around from Microsoft) if Microsoft sells anti virus or lifetime anti hacking programs? Coming from out of country claiming to be Microsoft?? S scam possibly ?

    I also received a anti-hacking phone call, but they knew my Windows 10 registration number! How did they get that and match it to my phone number?? Do I need to be concerned??

    Anti virus, anti hacking software for smartphone

    I was just wondering what the consensus was on anti-virus, anti-hacking software for smart phone is?

    I read other posts about there is no need for it but on the whole? I am apt to forgo it because it seems like it can cause more trouble than it is worth.
