Windows 10: I am stuck in "Diagnosing your PC" at start up. I know how to go into safe mode, I just...

Help! My PC is a Lenovo Ideacentre (I am from the USA by the way) and it won't work! I continue to restart it. Won't do anything. Then, I tried to download an ISO file (using the windows 10 setup with this page: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 ) onto a usb drive with 8+ GB. The download failed with an error code: 0x80042405 - 0xA001A

I need help, if anyone can help me fix it I would appreciate it!

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Windows 10 stuck on "Diagnosing your pc"

We suggest that you follow the steps below.

• 
  Press the ‘Windows + C’ key on the keyboard.
  
• 
  Click on settings, change pc settings and then
  general.
  
• 
  Scroll down to advanced startup, click
  restart now.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshoot, advanced options,
  Startup Settings.
  
• 
  Click restart, select safe mode
  and then press enter.
  

Note: Restart the computer to start in normal mode.
