Windows 10: Windows 10 Errors!

Hi, I've recently installed Windows 10 Home 1803 and after using it for some time, I noticed that there is some problem with Start menu. When I pin any app to Start menu, the Start menu returns to the previous state after every Restart. It returns to the state as shown in this screenshot.




Moreover, the 'All Apps' button always keeps showing '1' badge as in the screenshot. And I'm facing one more, the Night Mode option is greyed out and doesn't work. Please let me know if there are any fixes to my problems!

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
