Windows 10: Accidental onmicrosoft.com domain deletion

Good day.

There seems to be some confusion that there was an accidental deletion of an onmicrosoft.com domain account. Though verifying that no such step was ever taken and the suspected account has been downgraded to a lower tier admin account and therefore cannot verify if indeed or how indeed was the domain account deleted.

How can this issue be assessed and what study can the one whom was seen as liable for the loss undertake to verify and upscale their skills in order for this issue not to persist and prove that they did no such thing?

Please help.
