Windows 10: Windows 10 Update Assistant Not Working Anymore

After the last update several days, my Windows 10 Update Assistant no longer works. When I click on the icon it says the Windows10upgrader. app.exe that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved so it no longer will work. I did not change anything but there was an update over the weekend that seems to have caused this. Can anyone help me get it back? Thank you.

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
