Windows 10: WerFaul.exe - Application Error in Windows 10

I have a new computer (Dell G3) that started having troubles locking up. Usually a quick turn off and restart would clear things up. However, I now get a WerFault.exe error on the boot up. It will not allow me access to even try some of the suggestions given by others. As the computer starts to open up it goes to a black or blue screen with the error message telling me "The instructions as XXXXXXXXXXX referenced memory at XxXXXXXXXX. The memore could not be read."


Can someone help me with this and tell me how to fix it.

I would like to inform that Regsvr32.exe Application Error
Codes are caused by misconfigured system files in your windows operating system or by the following reasons:

• missing or damaged or modified .dll files.
• Invalid Entry or Command path.
• Active X control errors.
• Registry issues.
• Viral or Malware Attack.

I suggest you to run SFC scan and check if it helps.

System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
  Enter.
• After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.

No change. Ran both the SFC and the DISM then clean boot and error message still comes up. Any other ideas? Could it have anything to do with faulty DIMM memory, etc.?
