Windows 10: Error: MMDevApi.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error

I am unable to fix this error with replacing the file through online sources as it states that its not allowed even command Prompt is not working

I've just upgraded to Windows 10, but now when I try to open most Adobe programs an error like this shows.... "msvcp120.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error...". I've purchased dll file fixer, and it hasn't helped.
