    Trying to load Brother MFC-J835DW software on this computer?


    I recently received a Dell Latitude E6430 Laptop. It was refurbished and had several good qualities like Windows 10 Pro, 8 gigabit of Ram. That's about all the information I have gotten as it came with no documentation. I need to read the book. Many Dell and Microsoft technicians have spent hours with me and little progress has been made. They have truly helped but it is not progressing as fast as I would like it, of course.

    Now I have tried to load a disk of a Brothers MFC-J835DW Printer. I am lost as to how to do this. I need to be able to scan documents and load them on emails for delivery.

    First, help loading this disk. Then help to scan basic paper documents to a file and finally attach the information to an email.

    Brother Printer MFC 635cw

    I have the same problem with a Brother MFC-J835DW. Neither of the above suggestions solved the problem.

    The printer worked with Windows 10 for several weeks. Today, Windows 10 says the printer is offline. The printer is turned on, connected to the network, and responds to a ping from the Windows 10 computer. But Windows 10 still thinks the printer is "offline".

    Windows printer troubleshooter was useless. It would only suggest that I turn the printer on.

    I tried to remove and uninstall the printer but Windows 10 became non-responsive and would not delete the printer.

    Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

    brother MFC model DCP7030 scanner not compatable in windows10

    i have trying to install Brother MFC model DCP-7030 in my ne windows laptop. windows upgraded to Anniversary addition.

    the printer in the device is working but the scanner is not communicating. the driver suggested by Brother is installed but error continues.

    Brother MFC-7820N Prints But No Scanner

    I have tried loading the generic Brother printer driver and the one specific for the MFC-7820, but no recognition of the scanner. If you implement scanning from the scanner it creates the same error sequence on the computer as if you started from the
    computer using the Brother Control Center program (first message has code TW006, second CC3-205-03031f04).
