Windows 10: Forza Horizon 4 : FH001 error

Hi,


When I finished downloading the game, a popup show up in my screen saying that the game is unable to proceed due to "dependable libraries" and lists the error code as: FH001.


I have tried disabling my sound device and display devices but to no avail.


I have also updated the software for the device but did not work.



I would appreciate your answers and solutions to my problem.

Forza Horizon 4 Demo Code FH001

Purchased and installed Ultimate Forza Horizon 4 on my PC.

Keeps displaying for the following when trying to start the game:

- Dependent libraries or components are missing from your system (Code: FH001)

I have checked my system requirements to ensure they meet the minimum required before purchasing. I have run all 3 method checks above, but they have not resolved the issue. What else can I do??

If nothing works and I cannot run the game, how do I process a refund??
