Windows 10: Windows says "this build of Windows will expire soon," but Windows Update says I'm up to...

I keep getting a popup that says "This build of Windows will expire soon." And this has started to pop up more and more frequently... I want to download the newest build so it goes away but I am already a Windows Insider and have the latest build (I should anyway) build: Build 18282 prerelease.181109-1613


Does anyone know what I can do about this and/or why it would be telling me this if I already have the latest version according to windows update?

Windows Update suddenly hangs?

Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?
