Windows 10: Can't download Gears of War 4 - 0x8024001E

Hey,


I just bought GoW4, added it to my Microsoft library. And I just can't download that piece of ****. Download stops like every five minutes, telling me that there is an error - 0x8024001E. I got to cca 75GB out of 200GB (what the hell). Now I'm just getting the error constantly, can't download any more. I tried the wsreset.exe - didn't help. What else can I do?

I'm on PC - i7, 1050Ti, W10.

The "software developer" is Microsoft. But there is no place to download this game!!!!!! I bought the paper tag from Best Buy and used the code. BUT NO GAME, LINK, DOWNLOAD OR ANYTHING IS PRESENTED BACK. This may be simple for some who are used to
it but not to me. so the game is not available and I am 0ut 60 bucks.
