Windows 10: Preview 19H1 Light Theme for earlier builds

Hey guys,
How can I extract new Light Theme from Preview Build 19H1 ISO?
I wish to use it on 1809.
Is it possible?

It is available in build 18282 (under 19H1/Redstone 6) or later. You can download latest Insider Preview build atm i.e. 18290 to have light theme. Use Pedro's link to learn how to activate the theme.

I don't like light themes at all, but I am impressed by the consistency of the newly implemented light theme, before, when the light theme was chosen, there was a mixture of dark and light context menus, now, when choosing the light theme, everything is white, including the file explorer and applications.

Of course there are bugs since they just implemented it, but, as it says in the flight notes, all that will improve.

 

Office And Light Gaming Build

There's nothing wrong with the build, but I have some suggestions to, IMHO, make it better:

• You list a 550 watt PSU, but you have a 51 watt CPU and a GPU that pulls 120 watts at the max. In other words, your system will pull under 200 watts at maximum load, which it sounds like will be rarely. PSU's are most efficient between 50-80%, and even at max load, this system won't reach 50%. Suggest a PSU 400 watts or less, like the Seasonic G-360.
• RAM's really cheap. Suggest getting 16 GB instead.
