Windows 10: Path Column as permanent view setting in the Search result in Windows 10

When you search you always get the "Folder" Column. to Display the path you have to right click on the header and select more and select path. You have to do this everytime. Is there a regedit setting that makes that permanent? or is there another setting somewhere that makes this permanent view setting for all searches in windows?

Thank you for the detailed response. To change the search result's view from content to list, we suggest following the steps below:

• Open the File Explorer and try to search for files.
• In the toolbar, open the View tab and click List
  to change the view.
• Once changed, close the File Explorer.
• Open the File Explorer again and try to search to see if the setting has been retained.

I suggest you to follow the steps below.1. Go to the path where 'devpropmgr.dll' is located.

2. Right click on column title. If title is not visible then select View tab, click on
detailed pane.

3. Click on More option.

4. Click on check and uncheck the boxes for information you desire to show as columns.

5. Click Ok.

Now, search the file in the search item, and check.

Windows 10 File Manager, Search: How to make all searches show search results with the same column settings as the that of the searches folder??

Hi

I have a huge music music section on my my computer (>50.000 files) and often need to search one or several folders for for instance an artist. I have a very specific setting regarding the columns I show, and the order they come in, in all my music folders.
But, when I make a search it automatically shows the search result in Content view, which I can't use for anything. I need the search results to always show exactly the same view as shown in all my music folders (when they are not searched), but I can't seem
to find any other way than to manually change the search result to Details view, then (also manually) remove the unwanted columns presented and add the missing columns, and finally move the columns around and change their widths. WHAT A HASSLE!

Can anyone give me a solution, which makes search results completely reflect the original folder viewing settings or a way to predefine that search results are always shown in Detail view and with a predefined column layout? It would be highly appreciated!!
