    keep getting Error 0xc1900223 during 1903 update, a couple computers all identical

    I keep getting an update error to version 1903 at 97 percent complete Error 0xc1900223 Anyone able to help, Windows update troubleshooting...

    I have just reinstalled Windows, I had problems with updates before and though the fresh install would help but I am still getting errors....
