Windows 10: "0 bytes" free on C drive, and no admin abilities.

My PC made a zooming/buzzing sound, so I removed the pane and made sure none of the fans weren't touching any cables. Once I started my PC back up, I noticed these problems. Now I'm unsure if this is a hardware or software problem.According to System Storage my C drive is completely full, yet explorer shows the correct amount of used space.Anything that requires Admin rights fails to open, only for an error message to appear after a couple of minutes. This goes both for programs and settings.This includes Task Manager, CMD, and any properties that require admin rights.When starting in safe mod

Computer does not have another Admin account. user profile shows 0 byte in size.

Computer does not have another Admin account. User passed away and family would like to retrieve documents from the user profile. Upon pulling the hard drive and hooking it to a drive reader, the user profile shows 0 byte in size. any suggestions?

  Press Windows +E,
  
• 
  Right click on C: drive.
  
• 
  Select Sharing Tab.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced Sharing.
  
• 
  Uncheck “Share this folder”.
