Windows 10: 0 KBPS SEND AND RECIEVE

When I try updating or installing game my download speed goes from 6mbps to 0mbps, then when I look at task manager performance I click on network and find that my send and receive are 0kbps I don't know how to fix this at all I don't know if this has to do with my computer or my internet, please help.

0 Kbps Send/Received

Hey I have been getting this problem for quite some time and it's starting to annoy me quite a lot. So whenever I connect to the internet I always check the Task Manager and it says: Kbps 0 Received/Send. I have absolutly no clue where to go at this point.
I have tried implementing a MAC address, Switched channels in my router. My signal is great but Kbps is absolutely terrible. I feel like there is a very easy solution that I have not tried. Can anybody help me?

 

Wifi Keeps Dropping, 0 send, 0 recieve

Hello! My computer has recently been loosing internet connection, giving me 0 send and 0 recieve. This lasts only for 4 - 5 seconds, but when I play games this seems like a lot.

I don't believe this is a router problem due to the fact that I am getting 0 send and recieve. If you have any solutions please tell me!

0 Kbps Send/Received

Hey there I am very glad that you picked up this topic.

So I have tried out the speed test link you sent me and these are my results

Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test

NOTE: I have used Ookla speed test in the past and I had much better results than this when connected to my usual wireless.

I have troubleshooted multiple times to see if there was anything that I could find and nothing seemed to pop up. I do remember a time that I reinstalled Windows 10 to see if there was any differences and nothing seemed to out (It's been 4 weeks since I
have been dealing with this problem).

Other than that I'm still getting 0 Kbps
