Windows 10: 0 memory msconfig problem nothing of repair mode work

Hey, recently, i saw that my ram using15.8gb of 16gb, i tried to change it in msconfig to use the maximum value of ram, but i think by accident it set to 0, so when i startup the pc it always put me in repair screen, none of repair fix problems work with me, and most of them ask for administration, and when i want to use the safe mode it just restarting my laptop and back me to repair screen again, about the administration options, it display my username as the only choice, and when i click on it, it says "Hi, Omar Khalid" than my Microsoft email under it, its really obvious that it wants me t

Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Advanced Options - Automatic Repair - MSconfig SNAFU

Hey All,

So, I made the mistake of following a YouTuber's advice, jury-rigging a few msconfig settings, and now my computer won't boot properly. I'll spare you the extraneous details and just tell you what I did.

• Boot > advanced options > set maximum memory from 0 to 256 (STUPID, STUPID, STUPID)
  
• Applied the advanced boot settings.

Now, every time I boot up my PC, it brings me to a blue screen showing its collecting error info and then attempts to restart. During the restart, the PC prepares and automatic repair, diagnoses the PC and then shows a message saying that Windows 10 cannot
automatically repair the PC. It then provides me with the following advanced options:

• Reset PC
• System Restore (when i did this, I got an unspecified error: 0x80070002)
• System Image Recovery
• Startup Repair
• Command Prompt
• Startup Settings
• Go back to the previous build (didn't work)

Is there anyway I can reset the configuration via the Command Prompt? If so, how?

Safe mode problems

Hmm no viruses here, and how do I repair these corrupted files, if so via the win xp cd repair disk? I don't like reformatting because its hard for me to back up all data, although I have my windows on a seperate partition but, formatting is my last resort... Any opinions/suggestions would do... Thanks

P.S. It might take me a while b4 I can post back again, gonna be busy with work soon.

Or run safe mode in directory services repair mode *Smile hehe anyway, just wondering why this happend... On it's first clean install after rebuilding the system, I can go to safem mode easily with no problems. Sigh I just thought I disabled some Services under the services.msc so It won't go to boot at normal safe mode.
