Windows 10: {00781d15-b897-afab-75cd-f83221cbf387} Blue screen error need help please!

Basically been having issues with my pc blue screening, I have replaced a faulty C Drive, and replaced my RAM. I have done all the troubleshooting to show that nothing is courrupted etc. Including using a usb boot media to do a mem test on each RAM stick, as well using the windows memory diagonistics tool. I have done a full clean reset of the device, I have done terminal commands such as 'CHKDSK' and 'SFC /SCANNOW' etc. But am still getting errors, although much less than before. I think it might have something to do with my drivers however I am struggling to find out what it might be. Please

  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
