    Have tried to update the Subject MS KB4023057 some 6 times this far and it has failed 6 times. I have tried ALL the posted ways (both MS & Community) to "repair" and they have ALL failed. I have tried to uninstall the 12-15-2018 update (KB4023057), but Windows 10 will NOT allow it to be uninstalled.


    What the heck do I do NOW?

    I have tried to update 28st times, but above error appeared, and could not complete above update.

    I had experienced similliear error at November last year.

    Community helped me to fix it with email and fixed.

    I have tried as the same mail, but in this time, I could not fix it.

      • Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2018
      • The next LTSC release of Windows Server
    • The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.
