Windows 10: 022-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems KB5015814 fail, error...

So I tried to install the update today, but it gives me this error code. Update troubleshoot doesn't work, and I have already set the background intelligent transefer service and microsoft update to automatic and restarted both but there's still no use. Later I tried enable .NET Framework 3.5includes.NET 2.0 and 3.0 and .NET 4.8 advanced services in the windows features, but both failed, giving me the same error code:0x800f0831, also I've tried reinstall the .NET Framework 3.5 from this link:https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework/thank-you/net35-sp1-web-installer:

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240
