Windows 10: 08/08/2018 devicecensus.exe failure status?

Since 07/11/2018, I've been plagued by this
devicecensus.exe failure. 07/11/2018 was
the date of my next boot after 1803 update.

My problem is not identical to others report-
ed here. But only differs with regard to men-
tion of additional software present. None
that reportedly affects devicecensus.

I guess I assumed this failure caused by the
1803 application(any doubt remaining?) ,
would be a top correctional priority, and
either fixed by now, or well on the way.

However, based on the text I've been follow-
ing, it appears no closer to a fix than the day
of my 1803 implementation.

Is anything being done to correct this device-
census failure?

PCI for FIFA 08

My friend just got FIFA 08 and is having problems playing it. He has onboard graphics chip, and he needs a separate graphics card. Its got to be PCI as there are no AGP or PCI-E slots in his computer.

What's the cheapest PCI card to get that will run FIFA 08?

It needs 64 MB
