Is there a list of Windows executables which are signed?

What i do sometimes is goto the C drive and search in Explorer for all EXE's and wait.

Then at the top i add to the columns 'Copyright' and 'File Description' to the search list, which is very interesting indeed.

Once you have the whole search complete for exe's, the exe files located in various places which dont have a copyright or have a file description, explaining what it is, well these files stand out like a sore thumb and could be potentially dangerous. Could be

You'll see once you add these two columns to the explorer list and anything which doesnt have these two descriptions are 100% guaranteed not to be digitally signed or have a publisher verification. Windows explorer search does have its good points.

Then the paranoid mind kicks in and almost turns me off wanting to use the operating system altogether, but i carry on and try to ignore most of it these days.

Ok, this list is all the exe's i found on my machine which dont have any meaning to them, no details, no description, no copyright, no publisher, and no signed verification. Windows 8.1 fully updated on a H77 Acer Aspire sorry, and HD4000 graphics, All UEFI

Its easier to find the files which arnt WHQL than it is to try and find the ones that are.
