Windows 10: 0×80070643 how can I solve this?

I'm facing a problem with windows update and to be more accurate it's suppose to be an update to Microsoft Defender Intelligence but it always gives me an error 0×80070643 how can I solve this?

Solved! or fixed! or whatever! I was able to absorb the extra space in a 3-step process:

1. resize the System Reserved partition to use the space after it
2. reboot
3. stretch the M: data partition to absorb the space after it using the EXTEND -- not RESIZE -- command

System rebooted and working normally. THX all.

5. Click onApply and click on Ok.

Method 2:

If the service is started you might need to unregister and reregister the Windows Installer. To do so, follow the steps given below.

  Right-click on the "cmd" program and choose "Run as Administrator"

  In the command prompt window type:
  
  msiexec /unregister and hit "Enter"

  Then type:
  
  msiexec /register and hit "Enter"

  Then type "exit" and hit "Enter"
  

Now try installing program and check what happens.
