Windows 10: 0x00000000 error code on Windows 10 Microsoft store

Whenever I try to download apps from the Microsoft store it says there has been a problem and when clicking on more info it says error code: 0x00000000. I know this question has been asked before but the replies on how to fix it didn't seem to be working so I'll ask again and list off what I've tried and hasn't worked 1. Changing time and date to the correct one 2. Running the troubleshooter on windows store 3. Ensuring my connection is working 4. Ensuring proxy servers aren't enabled 5. Running commands to repair it in powershell 6. Using the wreset command 7. Repairing/resetting the store fr

I tried many MANY solutions on other threads so far, but none helped me

I had tried all except re registering MSoft Store , but that unfortunately did not work .

Very intermittently use SurfEasy VPN, but last time used pre dated this build & problem by some time.

Have built pc systems /rebuilt windows op system literally100's times over 25 years for myself and others, and troubleshooted most known problems but this looks like a reinstall.
Not listed in Microsoft web notice as ongoing issue involving current build.

Only had Store problem once before since it was introduced years ago, and that was easily resolved !

Run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter in Windows 10
and then
Re-register Microsoft Store app in Windows 10

You say you've tried this:

Are you using a VPN?

You could try
Flush DNS Resolver Cache in Windows 10

This suggests the problem (amongst other things) could be related to services. Have you modified or disabled any? Worth checking.

(Tweaking.com's free repair tool has a useful option to reset services to default).
