Windows 10: 0x0000003b blue screen error

Hi, a friend of mine has this blue screen error recently:0x0000003b 0x00000000c0000096, 0xfffff80683bfe5ff, 0xffffe500f223f920, 0x0000000000000000Could you help me with that what it could be? Windows had been reinstalled a couple of days ago but the error still occures. The SSD's condition is 80% which the OP system is running on.

but are not limited to antivirus/antispyware/security programs and even memory (mapping).

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
