Windows 10: 0x000000c5 access violation error

I am getting this access violation error while playing gta 5 mostly. It crashes randomly every 20-40mins of gameplay but previously it used to run smoothly for 3-4 hrs without any issue. The app crashes randomly. This error also comes while playing other games like Minecraft and rdr2, but there it is very rare. But this error never happened while doing other tasks, like browsing or editing. I have tried every possible measures, like running sfc, dism, using ddu and amd cleanup tool, reverting and updating graphics driver to check if that is an issue. Lowering in game settings, reinstalling the

Windows 10 Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) from BugCheck 0x000000c5

Recently I've encountered several Blue Screens of Death from BugCheck 0x000000c5 while my system was idle. Here are the hardware details:

• motherboard - Asus P6T SE
• motherboard bios - 0908
• processor - Intel Core I7-930
• memory - 12GB
• disk - SanDisk Extreme Pro (SDSSDXPS-480G-G25 –480GB)
• disk firmware - X21200RL
• video - ATI Radeon HD 4550
• network - Realtek 8111C

Note that the hardware as configured has completed various diagnostic tests with no errors and all drivers are up to date.
