Windows 10: 0X00000113 blue screen

I encountered this error after checking logs, i am not sure how to fix this issue here are my specs if this helps. One thing i have noticed, is if i disable Windows from updating completely. I dont get anymore blue screens.Ryzen 9 5900xAsus tuf gaming x570-plusVentus 2x rtx 306032gb ram
