  1. 0x00000119 BSOD only in Fallout 4.

Hmm it looks like i just got the exact same odd fps drop+audio buzzing in the overwatch, completely at random while in the main menu.

Reinstalled drivers for realtek hd audio and DDU installed the newest Nvidia drivers, got a bsod upon the first restart after DDU uninstalled the drivers in safemode. The drivers seem to have uninstalled/installed just fine though.

On Wed 10/12/2016 2:43:41 AM GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\101116-4703-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x14A2B0)
    Bugcheck code: 0x19 (0x22, 0xFFFFBC8074E52000, 0x0, 0x0)
    Error: BAD_POOL_HEADER
    file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that a pool header is corrupt.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules. This problem might also be caused because of overheating (thermal issue).
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

This says nothing useful when it comes to finding the cause.....
Upload a new zip from the DM Log Collector.

  3. Added recent log collector output. I think it may be possible that it's just a fluke as nothing seems to have resulted of the crash as everything uninstalled and reinstalled correctly in the end without it happening again. Maybe just a problem with trying to install the realtek drivers on safemode or trying to DDU uninstall/reinstall the nvidia drivers while simultaneously trying to reinstall the realtek drivers.

0x00000119 BSOD only in Fallout 4.

Please check in C:\Windows\Minidump for the most recent file.
If there is a file present, open an admin command prompt and enter the following command
Code: copy C:\Windows\Minidump\{filename}.dmp "%userprofile%\Desktop"[/quote] Then zip the copied minidump and upload the zip.

  5. I may have lost that recent minidump courtesy of ccCleaner but i just experienced the same odd latency spike and sound distortion/fps drop while actually not running any game at all, with just twitch on streaming a video. This was half a minute or so after waking from hibernate.

While this happened Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered two times in two seconds.

Also a random event log item i noticed Fault bucket LKD_0x141_Tdr:6_IMAGE_nvlddmkm.sys_Pascal_3D, type 0

Due to it being stuck on the desktop there was nothing i could "alt-tab to and fix" but it resolved itself over 5-10s or so after a few instances of the screen turning black/blue due to nvidia drivers restarting.

A TDR causing high latency, not uncommon.

What you may want to do is switch the GPU from slot and reinstall the drivers of the GPU.

  9. Something peculiar going on with this computer and realtek HD audio drivers. In the process of uninstalling and reinstalling the realtek drivers through device management i encountered a few of the same BSOD upon restarting the computer at the login menu. After the 2nd? or 3rd BSOD on the restart i made it back to the desktop with what seems to be everything back in working order.

If you are using a program like Ccleaner please stop using it while troubleshooting.
This because programs like Ccleaner remove dump files that are needed to troubleshoot.
Or configure Ccleaner to not remove dump files:

    Please uninstall MSI software

  11. I think the last group of files was run without CC cleaner so the dump files are still there.

Only the last dumps were present.

  13. 0x00000119 BSOD only in Fallout 4.

Looks like whatever the new problems are seem to be persisting, my pc had two gfx driver crashes/black screens after waking from hibernate until it just black screened and forced me to reboot the pc. Then i had 4 or so BSOD's at the login menu before it finally let me log back in, all with the tag bad pool header. This is the same as back when i tried to reinstall the realtek drivers. I will attach another DM log, can you see if it says what the problem is? In the meantime i might try reinstalling older realtek sound drivers.

I noticed that according to bluescreenview at least one of those blue screens was attributed to MSI command center so i'm going to uninstall the various MSI apps and see how that goes as well.

Well this probably what i deserved for not immediately heeding the warning that was given two pages ago. I literally did not think MSI software that was not even for overclocking but for checking for updates could possibly cause BSODs like this "assuming it was the primary cause". It makes me wonder how they could even release such software publicly.

I'm not sure if it's to blame for that strange issue i had waking from hibernate though, where once again i had my gfx drivers reboot a few times except this time it never fully recovered and i had to restart the pc.

You're correct, it's a driver from the MSI programs.
