I had a BSOD with this error when browsing youtube.

I have tried to debug it to the best of my ability and as far as I can tell its an issue with a double linked list, following the memory locations I find that:
    4: kd> dl fffff989`8ff6b090
    fffff989`8ff6b090 ffff9201`ca50e200 00000000`00000000
    fffff989`8ff6b0a0 00000000`00000001 ffffb800`f88d7680
    ffff9201`ca50e200 00000000`00280106 ffff9201`ca50e208
    ffff9201`ca50e210 ffff9201`ca50e208 00000000`00000000
    4: kd> dlb fffff989`8ff6b090
    fffff989`8ff6b090 ffff9201`ca50e200 00000000`00000000
    fffff989`8ff6b0a0 00000000`00000001 ffffb800`f88d7680
which as far as I'm aware indicates an issue.

I have looked into ffff9201`ca50e200 but am getting stuck here. Any suggestions?

(Full dump is available on request)

Not much useful in the dmp, but Event viewer log has some interesting stuff. There a lot of these entries:

Code: Event[4934]: Log Name: System Source: Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Boot Date: 2018-02-08T13:27:29.714 Event ID: 29 Task: N/A Level: Error Opcode: Info Keyword: N/A User: S-1-5-18 User Name: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM Computer: EthanHome-PC Description: Windows failed fast startup with error status 0xC0000411.[/quote] I suggest disabling Fast Startup, see if that helps resolve the problem. The easiest way to do this is:

    Open a Elevated Command Prompt.
    • Click Start
    • Type cmd
    • Right click on Command Prompt at top of window and select Run as Administrator
    • Type powercfg -h off and press Enter.

That will disable hibernate (not sleep) and Fast Startup.

You can also do it other ways: How to Turn On or Off Fast Startup in Windows 10

The odd thing about this issue is several times it crashed within 30 mins of startup, been running for 4 hours or so now with no issue!

Will restart and check whether that command worked now

Ive been flicking through event viewer and noticed something odd, back in January times when I turned the pc off it would instead give the message "System is entering sleep", "system returned from sleep", "system time changed". Now PC was definitely not sleeping during these times. I have seen this before and it actually was causing BSOD's. However now when I shut down I do not get this message and it has come back?

What has come back? The BSOD? If so, run the dm_log_collector again and upload the zip file please.

Better yet, run the beta log collector this time: log collector v2-beta08.zip
