Windows 10: 0x00007b error when trying to run a game.

    0x00007b error when trying to run a game.


    This is a new laptop, I installed Epicgames and downloaded GTA 5. I first got an error that 'msvcp140.dll is missing', then I got a 'vscruntime140.dll is missing', fixed both by downloading the DLLs for my 64 bit pc and putting them in the game folder. Now I get a '0x00007b' error...I have been trying to fix this problem from yesterday with no luck,Here are the things I tried0x00007b error when trying to run a game. :Downloading the DX installer from windows but it didn't install since I already had the latest version according to it.Downloading the latest version of C++ distributaries, that didn't work so I installed an 'All in one'

    .NET Error 0x00007b

    I reset my Win10 and after that, I try to run The Sim 4 to my wife, but have error 0x00007b
    I seach and says is .NET error.
    I follow youtube videos to change some .dll, bit nothing works.
    I install lastest version, reboot, uninstall .net and reinstall and error still happens.
    Someone can help me please?

    Hello not too long ago i upgraded to windows 10 and ever since then when i try to play some of my steam games or get new steam games i get the error *How to Fix the application was unable to start correctly 0x00007b* any ideas how to fix it?? id appreciate
