    camera not working. error code 0xA00F4243(0xCOOD3704)

    webcam is not working in my laptop error code is 0xA00F4243(0xCOOD3704).It is showing that another app is already using the camera. I even uninstalled skype to see if it works so if anyone knows about this please help me out. thank you

    my phone started charging very slowly immediately after upgrading to windows 10

    Thanks a lot for your response.

    I have tried removing the battery and putting it back after some minutes as you recommended, but the issues still persist.

    I have also noticed that the flashlight that come with the windows 10 is not working. when I try to on the flashlight, it freezes the phone functionality for some time and unfreezes again by itself. Also, the camera does not come up when I try to on it.
    Each time I press the camera button to on it, it pops up this error message "Something went wrong" Error code 0x00F4271(0xC00D3704). Although this problem was inherited from windows 8.1, I hoped it would be handled after the successful upgrade to windows 10.

    Please I need more of your suggestions on how to solve the battery charging and draining problem first and other issues.
