Windows 10: 0x3 RDP Error

Hi Microsoft,Asking for your assistance regarding 0x3 Error on RDPWe recently updated the VM OS from Win 10 22H2 to Win 11 22H2 after installation, while attempting to connect to the VM using RDP we succeed to connect to the VM however after 1 second of connecting the error appears "The Administrator has ended the session"May i ask what is the possible fix to this issue regarding remoting to the VM.

  Initially when we received the problem there wasn't any changes made on the computer since we couldn't figure out the problem, we upgraded the pc to windows 10. It fixed the problem momentarily and then it starts again. Then we re initiated the upgrade the
  same day I wrote this post and it was fixed again and then on today the issue is back

• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
  
  In the past we would delete the MS Licensing Protocol folder as suggested by so many other posts and restart the RDP connection ad administrator to rebuild it. This time around it didn't fix anything. Like I said previously we've tried to upgrade the PC and
  the fix is temporal

• Is this the first time that you encountered this problem? No

• When did you notice about this issue? I'm not sure when it started because I haven't been on this project that long but I would say within the last month based on me. Based on other conversations this has happened in the past.

RDP install Error

Problem Summary: I was running into an issue after attempting to RDP into my work laptop. After reading a few forums that suggested an uninstall/reinstall of RDP I am getting the following error upon trying to open the new install:

"the remote desktop services activex control mstscax.dll does not match"

Troubleshooting:

1. Re-Installed MSRDPCLI.exe Version 6.0.2448.0

- this installed triggered issue above

2. I completed an uninstall and reinstall just to make sure nothing was corrupted during first installation.

- I received the same error

3. Multiple forums suggest navigating to the properties of the MSRDP.dll file as

This issue might occur if the Mstscax.dll is not registered or missing and then I did the following stops to re-register the file:

Right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator, type “regsvr32 Mstscax.dll” and press Enter. To which i do get a "DliRegisterServier in Mstscax.dll succeeded

- upon attempting to reopen RDP i recieve the same error

4. i have scoured the internet for another install of RDP and cannot find anything anywhere.
