Windows 10: 0x800070422

Hello, I was wondering why does the error 0x80070422 appears when I try to install .NET Framework 3.5. I already have versions 4 and 4.8. How can I install it?

The error screen says "the service can't be startes, because it is disables or because it doesn't have enabled devices asociated to it"

Security Error Code Ox800070422**

I'm getting a Security Error Code 0x800070422** it tells me I got a Virus and should call a certain Phone # I ran Smart Scans with my security system (AVAST) and it tell me it can't find any Virus or Network Threats on my Laptop. Is this a real threat
or a Rip-off.

 

Cannot update the Microsoft Store

Hello,

I wanted to download the Messenger App, the Facebook app. It took me to my browser and it let me get the app but when i wanted to download it open the Microsoft Store and an error came saying "We're sorry. We have a problem" . I think it's a Update problem
with my Store. and the error number is : 0x800070422. ¿What can i do to download apps ? Windows Update is not available on mi laptop.

Strange error message

Hey today I tried to go to gmail.com but I accidently typed in gmai.com and when I hit enter my web browser took me to this strange page and had message pop up about something that I had a virus downloaded onto my computer and I was supposed to call this
number and if I turned off my computer I could cause damage. But I ran avg and Malwarebytes and nothing came up, my computer is running fine and I don't see any strange stuff on my computer. What makes it even more strange was that the message was supposed
to be from the windows defender yet windows defender is turned off because I have avg. And the error code that it said was this: 0x800070422

I searched online and I could not find this error anywhere and the message thing all came up inside my browser and there is even a link to this error code in my history which makes it look more like some web page than a real error. What was that all about?
Is that error code even real? The only thing that I found that even looked like that error code was 0x80070422 but from what I saw it had nothing to do with getting a warning in your browser saying you had a virus.
