Windows 10: 0x80070003 Error Preventing Windows 10 20H2 from updating

Hi, i hope you're doing well, as the title is saying, i am having a problem updating my windows 10, every time with this fail message 0x80070003, i have tried literally everything on the internet from sfc /scannow to DCIM restorehealth that give me an error also to trying to update through out the update tool, tried the newer ISO version of windows but it only gave me the Nothing options, which with it can't let me keep my personal files even though i am sure it's the same version and same language also, tried all of this comands also: net stop wuauservnet stop cryptSvcnet stop bitsnet stop msiserverren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.oldtried to download the pack from Catalog Microsoft website same error, i have tried DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:WIM:X:\Sources\Install.wim:1 /LimitAccess this gave me an error of make sure of the Source, tried the Troubleshooter of the Update gave this see image 3 (while i was trying to show you a screenshot of the troubleshooting for the first time it fixed some corrupted or missing Service never had that fix before but unfortunatly it didn't fix the problem) and still with the same error NET HELPMSG2182i have tried literally everything the update download and install normal but when restarting it stuck at 7% then restart and do the undoing update message, please anyone here i am really frustrated give me a solution thanks in advance.

Windows Update Error 0x80070003 on KB4022715 and KB3186568.

Hi, I'm getting error 0x80070003 on the cumulative and .NET updates for this month (KB4022715 and KB3186568). I'm using Windows 1607 (14393.1198). My system is not compatible with the Creators update.

I've tried many different things, all have failed. Things I've tried:

• SFC /scannow and DISM
• Windows Update Troubleshooter
• Manually downloading the updates
• The first 4 steps on "Fix Windows Update Errors": https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10164/fix-windows-update-errors
• Copying registry from RegBack to config folder
• Creating another user account and trying the update from there.
• Several different methods of resetting Windows Update including stopping services, clearing SoftwareDistribution folder, re-registering DLLs, deleting qmgr files, renaming catroot2 folder, restarting services, etc.
• Several batch files made for the error on Win 7 systems. Windows Update - Reset - Windows 7 Help Forums
• Resetting Win Update components (from Microsoft) https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/971058/how-do-i-reset-windows-update-components I got errors while re-registering about 1/4th of the DLL files. (Even after SFC works).
• Reset_Reregister_Windows_Update_Components.bat Reset Windows Update in Windows 10 Windows 10 Windows Update Activation Tutorials Tried several times. Finally finished with alot of access denied and other errors.

I have a copy of my system in a VirtualBox VM. I'm willing to try about anything on that. Keep in mind that it takes me about 2 hours to try a single method out in the VM. I will try any fixes in the VM before trying them on my real system anyway. I know the VM uses different drivers.

can't fix error 0x80070003

Hello,
I've upgraded 2 days ago and started receiving error code 0x80070003. I found instructions to fix the error. The first step is to run cmd as Admin, but it won't run as Admin - nothing happens. I can run with reduced privileges, but not as admin. I don't know if anything else is affected. Why is it not letting me run as Admin, and how can I fix it?
