Windows 10: 0x80070003 for this update in 10

Again, I dont want to do clean installation just to address this Windows 10 update. I updated my Windows before and got multiple issue after, ending up performing clean install and now I have an update on the system which is getting error and I dont want to do a second clean installation. I want this fix.
