Windows 10: 0x80070003 Windows Update...

I've recently noticed that no matter how many times i restart to do the update, it fails and comes back... I've tried anything in the past 9 hours... from simples stuff like scannow from other commands that i won't remember, most of them were found on microsoft troubleshoot guide for this type of error in windows update, I don't know what should i do, i've gone even in the Microsoft Update Catalog and nothing, nothing works... i hope someone can help me, thank you for your time if you're reading this.
