Windows 10: 0x80070006

I am using Windows 7 PC. Recently I removed Windows 7 and tried to install Windows 10. I updated BIOS to 305 version. Then I created a flash drive with Windows 10 booting media tool. However I cannot upgrade because the PC crashes with error 0x80070006

This error code "0x80070006" may have happened due to Windows Update running in its own process.

To change the status of Windows Update process, please follow these steps:

• Right click Windows icon at the bottom right side.
• Select Command Prompt (Admin)
• Type "sc config wuauserv type= share" without double quote.
• Press Enter.
• Reboot your PC then try to install Windows updates.

Error 0x80070006. Cannot install new apps

I have been having the exact same error in the Windows store (0x80070006). I also followed the above steps and had the same result. I still receive the same error even after following all of the steps above.

I would really like to be able to download the apps I purchased.

every check windows update or install any apps from microsoft store alway failed with error 0x80070006 . how to repair it ?
