0x8007000D : adding windows 11 to new PC and error

im trying to install windows 11 as my OS system so I downloaded the installation media for it on the microsoft website and open it on my laptop and followed the instructions, then took out my usb and plugged it into the new pc, and the MSI system opens yhe windows and goes through the first menu but when it’s suppost to ask for a product key in the second menu I get a error message saying windows cannot open the required file C\:sources\install.swim. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x8007000D, I’ve tried to completely redo

I get this while trying to update Windows 10. Error code: (0x8007000d). I have watched Youtube videos and Googled this error code. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. If I use (reset this pc) will that correct the error?

    Thanks
