Windows 10: 0x8007000d for KB5032189

Hi,I'm unable to install the cumulative update as it fails at 100% when installing. I had the same issue with KB503156 where it fails installation, which although was not fixed, it was superseded by the latest KB5032189 update. CBS log shows errors as below:2023-11-15 22:03:26, Error CSI 00000021@2023/11/15:16:33:26.903 F onecore\base\wcp\rtllib\win32lib\delta_library.cpp350: Error NTSTATUS_FROM_WIN32ERROR_INVALID_DATA originated in function Windows::Rtl:eltaDecompressBuffer expression: g_pfnApplyDeltaB DELTA_FLAG_TYPE0x00000000 , ReferenceInput, CompressedInput

Windows 10 Update error (0x8007000d)

I have been trying to update to "2023-11 2023-11 Cumulative update for windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 (KB5032189)" after reaching 100% in install the error (0x8007000d) appears. I have tried windows update trouble-shooter, resetting windows update components manually. I also have been having a problem with my ram becoming standby memory over up to 5 GB (I have 16 but 4 are used for apu) maybe that has something to do with it is there anything i can try to fix this problems.
