Windows 10: 0x80070020 update error windows 10 this month

Trying to install the update for this month for the first time but getting error code 0x80070020. I always make my Windows updated to make it secure but this month it didnt happen. Please help me.

I'm getting the same error code as above. I'm not running any .iso. The error reads - There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: 2018-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4103727) - Error 0x80070020.

I think what happened was that the update was downloading and stopped at 74% downloaded. So, I went away for 30 minutes and came back and it was still stuck on 74% downloaded. Then, I rebooted, thinking it might help. It didn't help. Any suggestions?

I have same error code "0x80070020" from updating the "2019-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4516058)"

I've tried Method 1 & 2 and also Full Reset Windows Updates. Still got this same error.

May I have some other suggestions? This is really frustrating...
