Windows 10: 0x8007003B Unexpected Network Error.

I am getting this trying to do something I have done 100 times before but now I'm getting an error.I am trying to copy a 600mb avi file to a network drive.Like I said this ALWAYS worked in the past but now I can't. Nothing has changed. except windows updatesSame computer, same network settings, same network drive, same windows 10, same windows anti-virus , same firewall settings, restarted computer etc..All the suggestions I am finding for this and there's about 10-20, NONE Of them work.Is there a certifiable fix for this???I mean really, this is the most basic feature a computer can have ,

Windows 10 Error 0x8007003B "An unexpected network error occurred"

From a Surface Pro laptop running Windows 10 the system doesn't respond when trying to create a new folder or rename a folder. The error message is Error 0x8007003B "An unexpected network error occurred". I believe that Microsoft is supposed to release
a software fix for this problem. Is there any ECD for release of the software fix.
