Windows 10: 0x80070103 what is this code?

Keep trying to update and install but it keeps coming back with "Retry." If it isn't necessary, how do I get rid of it? Thanks

I've been having the same issue with the following drivers since this morning.

Hopefully, Microsoft will resolve this issue soon. I don't know why this happened all of a sudden.

In Device manager I don't see any Graphic adapter to uninstall.
