    It does not work to manually turn it on, and it asks me to fix settings interfering with the firewall. Every time, it says, "Some settings can't be changed," whenever I try to reset the firewall settings. I have tried multiple malware scans and found nothing, did everything suggested in this article "https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/-0x8007042c-error-message-when-you-try-to-start-windows-firewall-3523f4c0-548d-9458-3a04-c0a1c138fc8b" and other support pages, but nothing has worked. Before this, my wifi stopped working but managed to fix it by running net localgroup administrators
