during the update from 1803 build to 1909 aborts, and after the rollback i receive the

0x80004005-0x1000A The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during PREPARE_FIRST_BOOT operation.

I have a dropbox link to the Windows update log

The update from the windows update service does not detect the 1909 build, so i have created my iso with the media tool creator.


Can you help me. I have obtained this error several times.

The antivirus update works normally.

Repeated tries to install Windows 10 on my Venue 11 Pro failed with the following message

0x8007045D - 0x2000A

The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during PREPARE_FIRST_BOOT operation.

I couldn't find these exact error codes on Microsoft sites.

I tried all Microsoft suggestions for similar error codes (which are a little bit generic, to say the truth) to no avail.

Has anyone experienced the same problem and maybe found a solution?
