Windows 10: 0x8007045d error code pop up during windows installation

HiRecently my windows got corrupt so I decide to reinstall windows so i make a window 10 pendrive using media creation tool in my 2nd pc I'm using windows 7 so I upgrade my w7 to w10 and windows installed successfully but when I try to reinstall w10 firstly it stuck on getting file ready for installation 33% and after 2 hours a 0x8007045d code pop up so I try again but the same code pop up again now what can I do?

@Ztruker yes i followed all the steps to the letter. i had gotten to step 15 (the installation of windows) where i had gotten error code 0x8007045D (the same error code as before) specifically it appears around 25-40% of the "getting files ready for installation" stage

I just starting getting the following: error code: 0x8007045D when I try and move a folder from one drive to another.

I can only find 3rd party programs that claim they work but they all come from sites I've never heard of before or are answers from years ago.

Anyone have any suggestions?
