Windows 10: 0x80070483 error

I'm getting 0x80070483 error on keyboard troubleshoot in windows 11 . I updated windows and reinstalled the drivers but the problem still present. some time my key board disconnects and reconnects even though my key board is fine.

I have windows 10, 64-bit operating system. x64 - based processor

I restored my windows 10! after that, I face problems that I can't use Microsoft Apps.

I cannot open the App store! and most of the app related to it.

I try to solve the problems by All the ways that available online!

the last one was to do a troubleshoot Microsoft store this process can't be complete when I chose feedback I get this error message
