Windows 10: 0x800704cf error code with local files

I receive the 0x800704cf error message when accessing .png files on my local C drive. Within the same folder of getting an error message with a .png file, I am able to open .json and .settings files. I am able to copy and paste the files on a thumb drive but with the USB still plugged into the computer, i am still unable to open the .png files. It is only when I move the USB to a different computer that I am able to open the .png files. I restarted the PC and while it did not resolve the issue, it did load with a different 0x800704cf error: "Windows cannot access C:\ProgramFiles\WindowsApps\Mi

Completed BIOS update and have had multiple system restarts.

• Still getting error code 0x800704cf after sleep and hibernate.
  

After automatically installing driver upon restart: Intel 20.70.25.2 (2021-06-22).

• Still getting error code 0x800704cf after sleep and hibernate.
  

Ran Network troubleshooter

• Still getting error code 0x800704cf after sleep and hibernate.
  

It would help if there was a way to narrow down which software was triggering this error.

Uninstalled Intel driver version 20.70.32.1 (2022-07-24) and restarted.

• Driver that was automatically installed upon restart: Intel 20.70.25.2 (2021-06-22).
  

Will reply here if error continues after replacing the driver version.
