Windows 10: 0x800704cf Error every time

Hello Microsoft Community!Since last Thursday, I have come upon the 0x800704cf Error for all Microsoft apps asking me to sign in again and again, although I clearly am connected to the internet. I have been following solutions such as So beheben Sie den Fehlercode 0x800704cf in Windows - TWCB DE which I thought had worked during that time but it seemed to only work temporarily, because as soon as I shut down my laptop and open it again after a few hours for working, the same problem persists. I thought it was a firewall issue, but even turning off the windows firewall did not help the issue

As per the error message, your internet connection might have something to do with the error code 0x800704cf. The anti-virus on your computer can also be the culprit here. However, let us not assume anything yet until we isolated your concern. We suggest
that you download and run the Windows Store App Troubleshooter. Once done, check if the issue persists.
You can also check if the Store works in another user account. If the issue
still persists, we suggest to reset the Microsoft Store. Here are the steps on how to do so:

• Hit Enter to proceed.

Completed BIOS update and have had multiple system restarts.

• Still getting error code 0x800704cf after sleep and hibernate.
  

After automatically installing driver upon restart: Intel 20.70.25.2 (2021-06-22).

• Still getting error code 0x800704cf after sleep and hibernate.
  

Ran Network troubleshooter

• Still getting error code 0x800704cf after sleep and hibernate.
  

It would help if there was a way to narrow down which software was triggering this error.
