    0x800704cf error for MS services whenever connected through VPN


    After trying all the basic troubleshooting steps for the connection error 0x800704cf that I experience with the MS services like the Store and To Do syncing, I found out it's only happening when connected to VPN. Just to recap, I've already done steps outlined in different MS articles such as:

    - Resetting the MS Store in Apps

    - Running various troubleshooters

    - Restarting my PC

    - Etc.


    How can I keep using VPN while also using MS services? I can live with having to disconnect it to use the MS Store, but I don't want to have to do so for syncing To Do because I use it all the time just migrated from Wunderlist. Thanks for any suggestions.
